Terms & Conditions

GENERAL

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described here.
• For personal use or commercial use (2x of the base price)
• No cancellation or refund once the payment has been made
• Additional fees may be added for semi-detailed background or complex characters with lot of details
• I have the right to reject any request if I am uncomfortable with or your request is not within my capabilities.

PAYMENTS

• Fully upfront after the rough sketch. I will continue the work once the payment is done.
• Payment is expected within 48 hours. If I do not receive delay confirmation, I will consider it as hit and run and have you blacklisted.

REVISIONS

• Free minor revision max 3 times
• If client requests a MAJOR revision (changing the pose COMPLETELY, switching to a different character) there will be additional charges

DEADLINES & DELIVERY

• Working time: 14-21 days (can be finished sooner)
• A rush fee option is available, for every day that will be cut off from the minimum working time, an additional 3 USD/15k IDR will be charged.
For example: a client wants me to finish the commission in 7 days, so I will work 7 days faster (minimum working time is 14 days)
= 3 x 7 USD = +21 USD or
= 3 x 15k IDR = +45K IDR
• Files will be given in .PNG type file with minimum canvas size of 1500 x 1500 px and 350 dpi resolution via any client's contactable social media (preferrable email for better results)
• Client will get 3 files: art + final background; art + white background; art with transparent background.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• For personal use, the artist reserves the rights to the final artwork to be used for promotional purposes, such as social media posts, portfolio showcases, etc. The client is granted personal use rights only, meaning they can use the artwork for personal purposes.
• Any commissions that will be used for streaming purposes, prints, merch, ads, or anything that will be sold for profit are considered as commercial use.
